Leadership Portfolio
Since the age of 14, I’ve spent much of my spare time seeking out and securing opportunities focused on personal growth, be they through learning new skills I could later monetize through my small business or the various community outreach efforts I’ve spearheaded in college and graduate school
Project Experiences
I currently work as a Project Lead and Consultant for the Graduate student and Postdoc ran consulting firm, WiSolve, where I work with local businesses seeking assistance obtaining SBIR grants in addition to performing market sizing and other various industry analyses

I currently work as a Business Analyst and Research Consultant for Herbal Aspect where I develop analytical models to generate actionable insights by integrating transactional and customer data, advise on the latest medical and scientific publications to inform product development, and educate management, employees, and clients on the deeply nuanced science and medical benefits of cannabis

As an undergraduate, I ran the nation’s first peer-reviewed research journal at the community college level as it’s Editor in Chief where I built a scientific peer-review network to integrate the Natural Sciences into the journal, hired staff, oversaw daily operations and developed marketing and cross-departmental collaborations

I’ve advocated for student interests at the institutional level by running for election and serving as my student body Public Relations Coordinator, at the state level through MNLead, and the national level by lobbying congress on higher education funding

I served as my undergraduate institutions student body Ombudsman, where I investigated instances of maladministration and worked with administrators via strategic planning, mediation, and primary research to identify and resolve issues impacting students

As a high school student, I turned a handful of self-taught handyman experiences over summer breaks into my first entrepreneurial project, leading a small team of workers renovating apartments for commercial clients and performing various other small projects for consumers by completing renovation, carpentry, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, construction, and tech repair projects
